The Jump the Rung career accelerator

For early- to mid-career racialized immigrant women

Step into your power, get promoted faster, and succeed as your truest, boldest self. We created this program based on interviews with racialized immigrant women who have reached the top of the career ladder. Our goal is to make the next generation’s journey faster, easier, and more joyful.

This program is exclusively focused on building your power, influence and social capital inside and outside of your organization. We believe that collective consciousness, solidarity and a robust network of allies give young racialized women the best shot at reshaping corporate culture and gaining a seat and a voice at the table.

WHAT OUR COHORT HAS TO SAY

Join the movement.

“When I joined the program, I felt very lonely. I didn't have a lot of support. I didn't feel seen, I didn't feel heard. I felt like all of these things that I was experiencing were my personal problems. And then I started talking to other racialized immigrant women and they said, “me too.” I had to join this community to learn that I wasn't the only person.

I think of all the people like me out there that don't have this community, that are still thinking it's them. That's why I'm so passionate about this program.”

Why Jump the Rung?

You know that immigrant stereotype of parents who think receiving a grade of 100% was the bare minimum?

In our case, the stereotype was very much true, and we held ourselves to the same sky-high standards and moonshot mindset in developing this accelerator. Our goal was to create what we wish we had at the beginning of our careers.

We won’t teach you anything you can find somewhere else. We’re giving you the knowledge, support, and access that took some of us 15+ years to build, in a community of women who have been there, and get it.
